PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) On 31st of August, 2023 interim protection was granted to the petitioner. However, the petitioner did not join the investigation. The petitioner was granted another opportunity vide order date 30th of October, 2023 and was directed to join investigation.

Today again State Counsel on instructions from ASI Gurminder Singh submits that the petitioner has not joined investigation. 3.

Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions.

In view of aforesaid conduct of the petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to keep the present pre-arrest bail petition pending. 5.

Since the petitioner has not complied with the directions of the Court and has not joined the investigation, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed.
