The matter was taken up today during second motion. Both the parties have reiterated their stand taken during first motion. They have entered into a compromise on 19.1.2016. In terms thereof, a sum of `40 lacs was paid by party no. 1 to party no. 2 towards full and final settlement of all claims of maintenance and permanent alimony for past, present and future. 2.

As per the terms of agreement, all allegations made by party no. 1 against party no.2 in petition filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 were completely withdrawn by giving an advertisement in newspapers namely Times of India and Amar Ujala. We are satisfied that the averments made in the petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 are completely true. FAO-M-90-2015 (O&M) live together as husband and wife. As they have mutually consented for passing a decree of divorce in terms of the statements suffered by them during first and second motion, a decree of divorce by mutual consent is hereby passed thereby dissolving the marriage between the parties.
