(Oral) The present petition has been moved invoking jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking setting aside the order dated 15.05.2019 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra, whereby the application filed under Section 156 (3) Cr. P.C. requesting the Court to send the same for investigation has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the copy of order dated 19.11.2019 passed by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Shahabad and the same is taken on record. As per said order, the main complaint itself stands dismissed as withdrawn. Said order dated 19.11.2019 says as under:- "CNR-HRKUB1-000094/2019.
