SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J.(Oral) The present Letter Patent Appeal, apart from suffering from delay and latches, on merits too, has no force as the learned Single Judge has rightly dismissed the writ petition to be not maintainable as there is no privity of contract between the respondent-UHBVNL and the petitioner. The termination of the petitioner has already been assailed before the appropriate Forum as a workman. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed on delay as well as on merits.
