I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the paper book as well as the status report and custody certificate of the petitioner.

In the instant case, petitioner has undergone actual custody for a period of ten months and seven days (as on 17.10.2023), i.e. about eleven months. The ingredients of the offence alleged against the petitioner are yet to be proved before the trial Court by prosecution. C3!!
