(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for directing respondent No.3 to get fair, proper and unbiased investigation conducted from some other higher official in case FIR No.235 dated 01.12.2020 registered under Section 306 and 34 IPC at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Som Parkash, submits that during investigation all the accused mentioned in the statement of the complainant, were found innocent. In view of above, no further action is required in this petition.

Disposed of. However, petitioner will be at liberty to take remedy in accordance with law.
