RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.
The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.642 dated 01.12.2017, under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 506, 34 IPC (Section 325 IPC added lateron), registered at Police Station Sector 5, Panchkula. By virtue of the order dated 26.02.2020, the petitioner was directed to join investigation.
It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the order dated 26.02.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.

CRM-M-38733-2019(O&M) -2Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Shivani, has endorsed the same and submitted that petitioner is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the order dated 26.02.2020 is made absolute and the petition stands allowed.
