Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuing directions to respondent-Department to allow the petitioner to join as ETT teacher in pursuance of appointment letter dated 02.07.2022 (P-6).
At the outset, learned counsel on instructions from petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, his client would be satisfied in case the representation dated 06.07.2022 (P-5) is decided expeditiously.
Notice of motion to the aforesaid limited extent. On asking of the Court, Ms. Lavanya Paul, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and raises no objection against the innocuous prayer of the petitioner(s).
