**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of petitioner for regularization in the light of policy decision dated 27.07.2011 (Annexure P-3) and grant all consequential benefits. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent Nos.2 & 3, to consider the legal notice dated 18.02.2019 (Annexure P-5) in view of judgments dated 22.07.2016 and 17.07.2018 (Annexures P-6 and P-7), within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3, to consider the legal notice dated 18.02.2019 (Annexure P-5) in view of judgments dated 22.07.2016 and 17.07.2018 (Annexures P-6 and P-7), within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
