This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.29 dated 26.04.2018 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Purana Shala, District Gurdaspur and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagdish Kumar, and while referring to reply dated 31.12.2019, submits that cancellation report in this case had been presented on 14.08.2019 which was not accepted vide order dated 09.09.2019 and the case was sent back for further investigation.
