Surinder Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the matter has since been amicably settled. Rohtash-appellant no. 5, who is present in Court, has brought affidavits of all the other appellants to this effect, except appellant no. 3-Hawa Singh who has since died, and the same are taken on record. In view of the amicable settlement, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
