**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the order dated 09.06.2022 (Annexure P-8) vide which the bail of the petitioner has been cancelled and his bail bonds/surety bonds are ordered to be forfeited to the State in the Trial Court proceedings emanating out of FIR No.123 dated 01.06.2019 under Sections 380 and 457 of IPC registered at Police Station, Sadar Ratia, District Fatehabad.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The learned State Counsel, on instructions from HC Roshanlal, submits that the petitioner surrendered before the Trial Court on 29.05.2024 and was granted the concession of bail on 26.06.2024. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Disposed of.
