Ms. Shruti Jain, AAG, Haryana *** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Pursuant to advertisement dated 18.05.2018, the petitioner competed for selection to the post of Heavy Vehicle Driver under BCA category. He qualified the written examination and was called for scrutiny of documents and Driver Proficiency Test and passed the same. The petitioner was then called for interview on 28.02.2018 but in the final result dated 03.03.2018, his name was not shown.

The result has been produced in the Court today in a sealed cover, which has been opened by the Reader of this Court. The petitioner has secured 99 marks (90 in written examination and 09 in viva voice) and the last candidate under BCA category who has been selected has secured 107 marks. In view of the above factual position, this petition is disposed of, as the petitioner has secured lesser marks than the last candidate.
