(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to the official respondents to fairly investigate the FIR No. 0250 dated 6.11.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station City 1, Abohar, District Fazilka, and to present the final report as no action has been taken against the accused.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Bahadar Singh submits that the challan is ready and the same shall be presented within a period of four weeks from today.
