(Oral) Appellant-Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. has filed this intra Court Letters Patent Appeal under Clause-10 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 26.11.2013, passed by learned Single Judge, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant challenging the order dated 11.03.2013, passed by Permanent Lok Adalat (Public Utility Services), allowing the claim of respondent(s) of `2,31,900/- on account of theft of vehicle, was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that in view of the instructions dated 20.09.2011 issued by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority, the appellant-Insurance Company does not want to press this appeal.

Dismissed as such.
