On 02.09.2024 the case was adjourned on request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. On 04.10.2024 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to today. Today again, despite the matter being called twice since morning, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
