**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) CM-19276-CWP-2022 For the reasons stated, the application is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Documents contained at Annexures P-8 to P-10 are taken on record. CWP-22508-2022 Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to get the accounts of respondent No.4 audited from some reputed firm of Chartered Accountants, since due to tampering and manipulation of accounts of respondent No.4, the retiral benefits of a number of retirees have not been released inspite of their having retired more than 15 years back.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitionerAssociation has already submitted representations (Annexures P-5 to P-7), but the same have not been adverted by the respondents till date. 3.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by the competent authority, either way, on the latest pending representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the latest pending representation dated 10.08.2022 (Annexure P-7), as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to proceed further in accordance with law. The respondents are also directed to look into the pending representation dated 10.08.2022 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, giving reasons thereof, in accordance with law. 7.

Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than 3 months.
