Prayer in this second petition filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for granting the concession of regular bail in case FIR No.11 dated 24.01.2024 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the IPC registered at Police Station Lahori Gate Patiala, District Patiala.

The previous petition was dismissed by this Court vide detailed order dated 29th May, 2024 which has been annexed as Annexure P-5. 3.

In the circumstances, no ground is made out to review the order passed by this Court on 29th May, 2024. Hence, the instant petition stands dismissed.
