IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT

CHANDIGARH CWP-9011-2018 Date of Decision: April 16, 2018 Jaswinder Kaur and others

...Petitioners

Versus

State of Haryana and others

...Respondents

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN PALLI

Present:

Mr. Dalbir Singh, Advocate, for the petitioners.

ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Notice of motion.

Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Copies furnished.

For the nature of order, I propose to pass in the matter, no formal written statements/counter affidavits on behalf of the respondents are indeed necessary, at this stage. Thus, with the consent of the parties, the petition is being disposed of finally.

Contends, that the matter in issue is squarely covred by an order and judgment, dated 05.05.2016, rendered by this Court in CWP No. 16954 of 2015 (Anurag Chahal and others v. State of Haryana and another), therefore, the present petition too is required to be disposed of in the same terms, and the petitioners are entitled for the same relief. CWP-9011-2018 The factual position, as set out above, is not disputed by the learned State counsel, who rather fairly submits that the matter at hands is, indeed, required to be disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court, referred to above.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court in Anurag Chahal's case (supra). (ARUN PALLI) JUDGE April 16, 2018 Pkapoor Whether Speaking/Reasoned:
