1. The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in a case registered vide FIR No. 25 dated 17.8.2018 under Sections 323/325/506/308 IPC at Police Station Block Majri, District SAS Nagar Mohali.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR came to be lodged due to some misunderstanding which has now been cleared and the matter has been amicably resolved amongst the parties and in fact a petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise has also been filed.

3. It may here further be mentioned that the petitioner had been released on interim bail vide order dated 27.9.2019 and there is nothing on record to show that he has ever misused the concession of bail.

4. Having regard to the aforestated facts and circumstances, particularly that the matter has since been compromised, the petition is accepted and the petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing bail KAMAL KUMAR 2021.08.11 11:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
