JUSTICE SANDEEP MOUDGIL Present: None for the petitioners Mr. Jaspal Singh Guru, AAG, Punjab --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.75 dated 7.5.2019, under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur (Annexure P-1) with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

It is alleged in the petition that no offence is made out against the petitioner and a false and frivolous FIR has been got registered against him.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Gurdeep Singh, informs the Court that investigation is complete and cancellation report stands prepared, which shall be presented before the Court within a period of two weeks after necessary approval of the higher authorities. 4.

In view of the above, the petition has been rendered infructuous, and the same is disposed of accordingly.
