AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to adjust/re-engage the petitioner against the post of Lab Attendant and Mali (Group-D). Notice of motion.

On asking of Court, Mr. R.K.Doon, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Mr. Mazlish Khan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to consider and decide representation dated 04.09.2019 (Annexure P-9) in view of letter dated 02.02.2019 (Annexure P-7) within some specified time.

CWP No.25489 of 2019 {2} petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representation dated 04.09.2019 (Annexure P-9) in view of letter dated 02.02.2019 (Annexure P-7) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
