Learned counsel submits that the headquarter of the petitioner has been ordered to be shifted from the office of District Attorney, Kaithal to Hisar vide impugned order dated 02.08.2024, while he is on the verge of retirement on attaining the age of superannuation within a period of 7 months i.e. on 31.03.2025.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that respondent No.2-Director of Prosecution (General), Haryana has already communicated through email dated 21.08.2024 to respondent No.1 for cancellation of the aforesaid order, which is pending consideration and shall be decided within a period of 2 weeks, till then the petitioner shall not be relieved, if not already. 3.

This satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
