**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to grant the arrears of the regularization services w.e.f 27.01.1999 by the order dated 16.08.2017 (P-1) issued by respondent No. 2 in CWP No. 14211-2015 With regard to their grievance, petitioners have given a detailed legal notice dated 08.11.2017 (Annexure P-3) upon the respondents, but to no avail. They have also placed on record copy of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.14622 of 2015, titled as 'Sita Devi vs. The State of Haryana and others', decided on 18.01.2017 (Annexure P-2), which squarely cover the issue involved in the present petition. Even LPA No. 965-2018 filed against the above said judgment dated 18.01.2017 stands dismissed on 02.07.2018 and thus CWP No. 14622-2015 attained finality.
