The application for early hearing is allowed as prayed for and the main case is taken up for disposal by today itself, in view of the compromise effected between the parties.

Parties are not in dispute that the matter stands compromised between the parties, pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 27.03.2018 whereby they have been order to mediate with Mr. Swaran Sandhir, Mediator. The parties are now bound by the terms of compromise deed dated 21.05.2018 (Annexure A).

R.S.A No. 4068 of 2011 In view of the above factual position, the appeal stands disposed of and the judgment and decree dated 13.08.2009 and 07.06.2011 is modified in terms of the compromise and the compromise (Annexure A) is made part of the decree.
