This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 18.08.2023 passed in CWP-1386-2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has filed compliance report by way of affidavit of Komal Mittal, Deputy Commissioner, SAS Nagar (Mohali) which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition. 4.
