The petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 4.5.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar whereby order dated 19.3.2018 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar dismissing the petitioner's complaint qua two of the accused namely Rano @ Simran Lahar and Anita Sharma has been upheld. 2.

The petitioner filed a complaint against her husband Vijay Kumar Sharma, her mother-in-law Vinod Kumari and her sisters-in-law namely Rano and Anita Sharma alleging therein that her marriage was solemnized with Vijay Kumar on 8.2.2012 and that shortly after the marriage the accused started harassing her in order to press upon their demands of more dowry and GAURAV SOROT 2019.09.12 18:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

( 2 ) CRM-M-38894-2019 ultimately threw her out of her matrimonial home on the night intervening 8/9.3.2012 after giving beatings to her. It is further alleged that accused also retained her articles of 'Istridhan'. The Trial Court upon appreciating the preliminary evidence led by the petitioner ordered for summoning of complainant's husband namely Vijay Kumar while present respondents No.2 and 3 who are sisters of complainant's husband and are residing separately were not summoned and complaint qua them was dismissed. It may here be mentioned that complainant mother-in-law Vinod Kumari had expired during the pendency of the complaint.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the impugned order, this Court does not find any infirmity in the impugned order wherein the trial Court while taking notice of the fact that respondents are married sisters of complainant's husband and are residing separately, has chosen to dismiss the complaint qua them.
