Mr. Sunil Dhanda, Advocate, for the appellant Ms. Monika Beniwal, Advocate, for Mr. Sanjeev Kodan, Advocate, for respondent no.3 --- TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA , J. (Oral) The claim petition was filed seeking compensation on account of damage to vehicle by the appellant/claimant being its registered owner. The Tribunal on the basis of evidence adduced has awarded Rs.1,19,550/-along with interest.

The present appeal has been filed seeking enhancement of compensation with regard to damaged vehicle.

Learned counsel for the appellant has not been able to point out anything from the record on the basis of which the compensation awarded can be enhanced. The expenses incurred by the claimant on the damaged car have been duly assessed by the Tribunal and admissible compensation, by deducting an amount received from the Insurance company, has been awarded. Therefore, there is no ground to interfere with the award passed by the Tribunal.

Dismissed.
