Eithiraj vs. Secretary to Govt. 2011(5) RAJ, 603 has not been taken into consideration In view of above, impugned order dated 18.10.2017 is hereby set-aside. Let a fresh order be passed by the competent authority after considering the judgment in D. Eithiraj's case (supra). Disposed of.
