Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No. 141 dated 11.06.2024, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 427, 506, 120-B IPC (Sections 325 and 379-B IPC added later on), at Police Station Chhansa Faridabad. 2.

By virtue of order dated 22.08.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.

Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner. 5.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajvir, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 22.08.2024 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
