It appears that the compromise has been failed between the parties.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. However, liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court in case any fresh compromise is arrived at between the parties. It is further clarified that if fresh petition is filed, dismissal of the present petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner.
