The present appeal has been preferred by the claimant-appellants aggrieved by the quantum of compensation awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Palwal vide award dated 11.11.2016. 2.
Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter stands settled between the appellants and the respondent No.3-Insurance Company. The respondent No.3-Insurance Company has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- (rupees one lac twenty five thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal to the appellants as full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3-Insurance Company, on instructions, states that the amount of Rs.1,25,000/- would be paid to the appellants within a period of 45 days from today. 4.
In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.3-Insurance Company to pay an amount of Yogesh Sharma 2024.11.14 10:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

FAO-2450-2017 (O&M) -2Rs.1,25,000/- (rupees one lac twenty five thousand only), over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal, to the appellants within a period of 45 days from today, failing which interest @ 9% per annum would be payable on the same from the date of filing of the claim petition till realization. 5.
Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
