*** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner restricts his claim, at this stage, to the prayer that the respondents be directed to decide his appeal, which he had preferred against the impugned order dated 26.07.2018 (Annexure P-2).

Counsel for the petitioner argues that petitioner had filed the statutory appeal against the order of punishment vide Diary No.2088 dated 06.09.2018 and the same is still pending consideration with the respondents for the last more than one year and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said appeal by passing an appropriate speaking order.
