The tenant/petitioner has filed the present revision petition against the order of eviction passed by the learned Appellate Authority, Kurukshetra ordering his eviction.

Learned senior counsel, after arguing for sometime and apprehending that he may not be successful in persuading the Court has come up with an alternative prayer. He submitted that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition while granting six months' time to shift and hand over vacant possession of the rented premises.

Keeping in view the facts of the case, it is considered appropriate to grant six months' time from today to the tenant/petitioner to handover vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the landlord. Civil Revision No. 6646 of 2019 (O&M) over vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the landlord with the aforesaid time and deposit all arrears of rent, if any. The tenant shall also be liable to deposit, in advance, rent for these six months, within the aforesaid period. With these observations, present revision petition be disposed of.
