Heard the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the appellant.
This is an appeal preferred by the appellant-husband aggrieved by grant of maintenance pendente lite by the trial Court invoking the provision under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act awarding a sum of Rs.2500/- to the wife and a sum of Rs.5000/- towards litigation expenses.
