Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 31.05.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Panchkula whereby an amount of Rs.10,000/- has been awarded in favour of petitioner/wife as interim maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. from the date of the order and not from the date of the application. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
