**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioners have preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct the election of the Governning Body of the Haryana State Basket Ball Association strictly as per provisions of Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012 within a stipulated period.

Notice of motion was issued on 24.11.2021.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Ishwar Singh, District Registrar, Firms and Societies, Hisar states that Administrator namely Randhir Singh Bura has already been PRINCE SAINI 2021.12.07 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document



    appointed and Returning Officer namely Prem Singh Hooda has also been appointed for conducting election within the time prescribed.

Learned State counsel submits that the election of the Haryana State Basket Ball Association would be held within a period of 45 days and respondent No.4 would make every possible endeavour to conduct the election of Haryana State Basket Ball Association within a period of 45 days, however, the aforesaid period would be subject to clear 45 days without there being any legal hurdles in the context of aforesaid election. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of.
