Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, has drawn the attention of this Court towards the application filed in the earlier CRM-M-23999-2024, wherein, prayer was made to withdraw the main petition, however, with permission of this Court to file fresh petition, challenging the report dated 14.11.2023. However, the petition was simply dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the trial court concerned. This Court has put a specific query to the learned counsel for the petitioner, whether, any application has been filed for recalling the order (supra), to which he replied in negative. 2.
