***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks agriculture parole. It has been urged before the court that there is no abled-body male member in the family to look after the land.

Learned State counsel submits that the land, in question, belongs to father of the petitioner. Thus, he is not entitled to parole. Petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that the case of the petitioner shall be examined afresh by the concerned authority. It shall also take into consideration the age of the father and other relevant factors.
