Amol Rattan Singh, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State submits that all prosecution witnesses have been examined, with only defence witnesses to be examined now, with the petitioner earlier having been declared to be a proclaimed offender.

That being so, I find no ground to entertain this petition, at this stage.
