ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to expedite disposal of application for modification of order dated 14.09.2021 (Annexure P3), granting interim custody in respect of minor son of the parties.

Since both the counsels are ad idem that none of the parties shall seek adjournment on the date fixed before the trial Court for disposing of the pending application seeking modification of order dated 14.09.2021, on joint request, the present petition is disposed of accordingly. It is expected of the Family Court to pass appropriate orders after hearing learned counsel for the parties, without granting unnecessary adjournment.
