Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions from appellant-Deepak Anand submits that the appellant wishes to withdraw the main appeal i.e. FAO-M No.237 of 2016, which PRINCE SAINI 2023.07.31 12:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

FAO-M No.237of 2016(O&M) 2023:PHHC:096619-DB  has been directed against the judgment dated 10.03.2016 passed by the Additional District Judge, Chandigarh, vide which the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by Deepak Anand was dismissed.

Both the parties are ad idem that they have started living together after resolving their mutual conflict. The appellant is no more interested in pursuing this appeal. In view of aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the appellant on instructions from the appellant, we deem it appropriate to take up the main case today itself. Main case Dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for.
