(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.047 dated 29.02.2020 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act, 1983, registered at Police Station Shimlapuri, District Commissionerate Ludhiana based on compromise dated 08.11.2021.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that at this stage the parties have not been able to stand by the terms of settlement and as such he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court again in case any settlement is arrived at between the parties in future.

Disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
