(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that as per law settled by Apex Court in case of National Insurance Company Ltd. vs. Pranay Sethi and others, 2017 (4) RCR (Civil) 1009, even if 10% addition in income of the deceased, who was 54 years of age, is made towards loss of future prospects, the amount of compensation will not enhance. The computation of amount as per law settled in aforesaid case will come less than `6,80,000/-, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal. Dismissed as withdrawn.
