This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for the issuance of a direction upon respondent No. 3 to investigate and decide the complaint/representation dated 28.5.2025 (Annexure P-7) moved by the petitioner, in a fair and impartial manner.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed the representation dated 28.5.2025 (Annexure P-7) before respondent No. 3 raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. He further submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to the respondent concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereupon. 3.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-7) of the petitioner expeditiously, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. 6.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
