(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent-husband submits that the parties have been granted divorce by way of mutual consent on a joint petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 being presented by them before the competent court of law. A copy of the order dated 27.02.2019 passed by the Additional District Judge, Fatehabad has been produced. Same is taken on record.
Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.
In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
