(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the application, for setting aside the order passed in a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, stands rejected on merits vide order dated 19.07.2023 by the trial Court, therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the aforesaid course.

In view of the above, this appeal is ordered to be dismissed as having become infructuous.
