By virtue of instant petition preferred under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing order dated 08.08.2014 (P-2). And further a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date her juniors have been regularized i.e. under the instructions dated 31.12.1998/25.02.1999 (P-colly) w.e.f. 01.03.1999. With further prayer to grant all consequential benefits i.e. pay fixation, seniority, arrears of salary and to allot GPF number to her for subscription of GPF as well as to grant pension and arrears along with interest.

At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though legal notice dated 16.01.2018 (P-8) was duly served upon the respondents but till date no decision has been taken by the Sonika 2018.04.23 10:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.9189 OF 2018 --2-- respondents. He further submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondents to decide aforesaid legal notice within a stipulated period. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in legal notice dated 16.01.2018 (P-8) and to decide the same in accordance with rules and instructions issued by government from time to time, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

However, if petitioner still feels aggrieved by any order of the aforesaid authority, she shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
