The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against him vide FIR No.154 dated 21.07.2020 at Police Station Khui Khera, District Fazilka, under Sections 328/323/116/500 IPC.

At the time of issuance of notice of motion dated 26.11.2021, the following order was passed:

"The petitioners seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against him vide FIR No.154 dated 21.07.2020 at Police Station Khui Khera, District Fazilka, under Sections 328/323/116/500 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has since been compromised amongst the parties and in fact a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of the compromise has already been VANDANA YADAV 2022.02.03 17:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-49342-2021 (O&M) filed, wherein notice of motion has been issued for 22.01.2022. It has also been submitted that the co-accused of the petitioner has also been granted interim bail on the basis of compromise. Notice of motion for 22.01.2022.

Learned State counsel upon instructions from ASI Kewal Krishan has informed that pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court, the petitioner has since joined investigation and is not required for any custodial interrogation.

In view of the aforestated position, the petition is accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2021 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
