The limited prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a direction to the Trial Court to decide the application for grant of ad interim injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 which has been filed in the civil suit i.e. CS/203/2022. The learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the said application has been pending since 2022 and the matter is now adjourned to 11.10.2024 for arguments on the application for ad interim injunction. 2.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court to decide the application for ad interim injunction filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of CPC, in accordance with law, preferably on the next date of hearing before it i.e. 11.10.2024. 3.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
